I met with Olivia on 9/18. She helped me with minor grammatical things like comma placement and quoting. Mainly she helped me come up with ideas for my third paragraph, which I mostly deleted and needed ideas on. For my third paragraph I’m going to introduce fixed mindsets, and their problem. Olivia told me to “talk more about the fixed mindset, introduce fixed mindsets, define it, use examples, and explain why it’s not beneficial for students.” She told me to introduce my argument’s for Roth’s article into my introduction paragraph, instead of randomly bringing it up.
